1. General

By purchasing any of our services through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for both parties.

2. Services

• All deliverables are defined at checkout and/or in communication after purchase.

• Our role is limited to the scope of work purchased; any additions or custom requests may require separate agreements or additional fees.

3. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Due to the creative and customized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.

• Refunds are only considered in cases where no work has been started and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing the necessary materials, files, and information within the agreed timeframe.

• Delays in providing assets or feedback may delay delivery timelines.

5. Delivery & Revisions

• Standard delivery timelines are stated at checkout (e.g., 24–48h turnaround on certain video packages).

• Unlimited revisions apply only to the original scope of work within 13 days of delivering the first draft(s). Requests outside of scope may be billed separately.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage

• Final deliverables become yours once full payment is made.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed or explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

• All client files and information will remain confidential.

• If requested, we will sign an NDA to formally protect your assets.

8. Liability

• While we take every measure to ensure quality and timely delivery, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or missed opportunities resulting from delays or technical issues.

9. Disputes

• Any disputes must first be addressed in writing. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve matters quickly and fairly.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. The version available at checkout will always apply to your purchase.
